We may only be in July and the midst of summer, but now is the time to be an ‘early bird’ by booking your community group or organisation’s residential short break and holiday with us for 2027.
If you are perhaps thinking it is a bit early for next year, then read on as we have good reasons and we would not want you and your group to miss out!
In keeping with a trend of previous years, we are already taking bookings from community groups and organisations for weekend and midweek short breaks and longer holidays for next year, and in some cases receiving interest for 2028.
This is on the back of feedback from our client groups who tell us that they are planning more and more in advance for their activities and residential breaks and holidays; in many cases 12 to 18 months ahead.
And with so much going on in our everyday lives and demands on everyone’s time, it is understandable.
By planning ahead, you are safe in the knowledge that booking your group’s residential week or weekend is place and it is one less task to think about until the new year. Plus, by doing so you can secure the dates you want in advance (subject to availability of course!)
With that in mind, we are already seeing that many dates in spring and summer are already beginning to get reserved.
So don’t delay. Book now to avoid disappointment.
To help you along the way, here’s some of the key date periods to consider for 2027.

Approx. 15th to 19th February 2027 Most schools (dates vary by local authority)
- Easter 2027
Good Friday Friday 26 March 2027 (Bank Holiday)

- Early May Bank Holiday weekend
Friday 30th April to Monday 3 May 2027 (Monday being the Bank Holiday)
- Late May/Whitsun Spring Bank Holiday
Friday 28th to Monday 31st May 2027 (Monday being the Bank Holiday)
May Half Term: Monday 31st May to Friday 4 June 2027
- August Summer Bank Holiday weekend
Friday 27th to Monday 30th August 2027 (Monday being the Bank Holiday)
- October 2027 Half Term
Monday 25th to Friday 29th October 2027
