Current Hire Rates (prices are per boat)

Weekend (Friday to Sunday)              – £850.00  (£36 pppn)

Friday to Monday                                – £1,050.00 (£29 pppn)

 

Monday to Friday                                – £1,050.00  (£22.00 pppn)    

Monday to Sunday                               – £1,600.00  (£22.00 pppn)    

        

Other periods/length of night stays – from two night group breaks to 14 nights or more – are available for your group by arrangement, subject to availability.  Please do not hesitate to ask for details.

Deposits

A £100 damage/security deposit is required per boat at the time of booking. The damage/security deposit will either be returned to you approximately 28 days after the completion of your trip booking (providing there is no damage or loss of equipment etc); or should you wish your deposit can be held and carried forward to a future booking.

20% of the hire fee is also required upfront to confirm the booking.

Discounts

An early booking discount of £50.00 per boat is applicable for bookings made by 31^st December for booking dates in the following calendar year.

A self-steer discount of £25.00 per boat is applicable, provided the nominated self-steer skipper for each boat holds a valid CCBM certificate for the period of hire (1 certificate per skipper, per boat is required). Please upload/email your CCBM certificate(s) if applicable.

Balance of payment

The balance of payment is due eight weeks before the commencement of your booking.

Cancellation Charges

The hirer is free to cancel the booking at any time by writing to or emailing LNBP at bookings@lnbp.co.uk

In cases of cancellation less than eight weeks but more than two weeks before commencement of the hire period, fifty percent (50%) of the hire fee will be forfeited.

If the cancellation is less than two weeks before commencement of the hire period, seventy five percent (75%) of the hire fee will be forfeited, unless LNBP is able to rebook the boat with another party for the dates in question.

Financial Assistance

LNBP has a Bursary Fund which groups can apply to for financial assistance.

Applications are welcomed and reviewed on an individual case basis by our Trustees.

Any financial assistance used towards the group booking must be agreed at the time of booking.
