village of Braunston....It lies at the centre of an area where several
different canals converge........so we can offer you a good choice of
routes for your trip.....We use the base of UCC ...Union Canal Carriers...
to keep and maintain our boats...
...Simply follow the High Street through the village...and then turn
right...into Dark Lane.....and when this road turns sharp left.......
you go straight on .....over a cattle grid and down a steep hill....
you`ll see the canal at the bottom....UCC is just over the bridge.....
