Booking Procedure

1. Read the Booking Conditions.
2. Print off and fill in the Booking Form with as much detail as you can.
3. E-mail or phone LNBP to check that your desired dates are available.
4. You will receive a Booking Reference Number to complete your Form.
5. Send the Form to the address above , along with your
   Non-refundable Booking Deposit of £25 , and any other details requested by our Bookings Officer.
6. Your Booking will then be Confirmed by LNBP.
7. You will receive a Hirers Information Pack
